Reuse on your next car
When buying a new car, the MSC5 can be reused on your next vehicle. For a small fee we update the MSC5 powermodule's firmware and hand out a new loom if necessary.
Removable without any trace
The refitting back to the original condition is as easy as the fitting. After the removal of the MSC5-powermodule, the vehicle is again in original state and the performance increase is not traceable anymore.
12 months warranty on engine, transmission and differential
When developing a performance product the maximum reliability of the engine obtains priority. The engines performance output is increased in a way that neither the maximum exhaust gas temperature nor the mechanical limits get exceeded.
We are tuning and testing all of our products specifically for every engine type on our inhouse rolling road. As thereby we can guarantee the required engine safety, our products include a 12-month warranty on engine, transmission and differential.

Technical background
MSC5 means Mapped Signal Controller – a signal processor that we have developed and which is produced in 5th hardware generation meanwhile.
The MSC5 is a piggyback electronic device for chiptuning. To increase the performance the microprocessor monitors the signals of the engine control unit and changes them if necessary. By utilising the tolerances given by the vehicle manufacturer this optimisation enables a performance and torque increase of up to 20% for your engine.
MSC5-powermodules, which are connected to sensors (here: rail pressure sensor on commonrail engines) monitor the output signal of the sensor and forward it depending upon engine conditions modified or unmodified to the engine control unit. This way a higher fuel pressure raises the amount of fuel injected at certain load conditions to increase the engine performance.
This performance increase utilises the fact that all Commonrail diesel are run under excess of air. The amount of fuel injected precisely increases without exceeding the absorption limit. That's how the exhaust gas stays soot free and also in combination with diesel particulate filter the regeneration intervals don't get shortened.
We realise a performance increase that represents the best compromise between driving fun, engine durability and exhaust gas emission laws.
More power - better mileage!
The MSC5-powermodule also improves the thermodynamic efficiency of your engine. At the same time, it implies also a reduced specific fuel consumption.
The performance increase enables driving in a higher gear at low engine speeds. This works on vehicles with manual and automatic transmission aswell.
The combination of an improved improved efficiency and lower engine speeds reduces the fuel consumption by up to 15%. So the costs for this performance increase can be recouped very quickly by fuel saving.
